Rather than a marquee and portable toilets, this year we will be utilising the cricket club house for the weekend where a ramp is provided for wheelchair access.
The clubhouse will provide much improved social, toilet and kitchen areas, BUT, it does mean the following changes will apply:
   To enable footwear to be worn, most carpet areas will be protected, however, please remove footwear if walking on unprotected carpet.
   The toilets and water facilities will ONLY be accessible when the clubhouse is unlocked, as follows:
 
 o Friday, 12.00pm to 5.00pm  
   o Saturday, 8.00am to 10.00pm
 o Sunday, 8.00am to 5.00pm  
 
   There will also be NO facilities for chemical toilet disposable during the event.
Camping will be available on site at £10 for the weekend.
Entry from 12:00noon on Friday to 11:00AM on Monday.
Parking towards the road along the side of the cricket ground fence.
Please bring your own plates and cuttlery for all meals.
We will NOT be providing any alcohol, so please bring your own.
There will be NO organised food Friday evening.
Breakfast and lunch will be available Saturday and Sunday and an evening meal on Saturday.Please book in advance.

PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU TAKE ALL YOUR OWN RUBBISH HOME WITH YOU, INCLUDING RECYCLING, AS WE WILL NOT BE PROVIDING ANY FACILITIES FOR THIS
Tea and coffee; make your own at the urn for free.
We will hold a small, kite related auction on the Saturday night with proceeds going to help cover costs.
Height clearance 500ft has been applied for.
